Application Fee = $50
Move-in Fee = $500
*We will require the first months rent & signed lease be submitted within 48 hours of acceptance of your application to take unit off market.
Pet policy
- Dogs and cats both accepted.
- There is a $250 one time pet fee plus $25 pet rent per pet each month.
- If there are two pets (the max per apartment), then the second pet fee is $350.
Utilities:
- Utility Fee = Studios: $75/month | 1 Beds: $85/month - *Covers: Heat, AC, Internet (bring router for WiFi), Water & Trash)
- Cable is not required - all apartments are cable ready
Utilities not included:
- Electric is separate & required
