The unfurnished apartment has a brand new kitchenette and bathroom and its own private entrance along the side of the house. Furniture shown in photos are not included in the rental. The newly built kitchenette features custom made wood cabinets and open shelving for pantry items, a new induction glass ceramic cooktop (no oven), porcelain sink, and a brushed nickel swivel faucet and retractable pull out sprayer. The bathroom has a Duravit sink, plastered walls sponge painted in a romantic hue, with brass and contemporary fixtures. Your bedroom view is lush and peaceful with a wall of greenery and no apartment neighbors to disturb your privacy. Your washer and dryer are housed in the owner's garage and there is plentiful, safe street parking. The home is located on a quiet, pretty street in a beautiful neighborhood north of Colorado, just above Hill Drive. With gorgeous character homes all around you, and a short two block walk to hipster Colorado eats, you have the best of both the urban and suburban worlds to enjoy. Open to shorter term at a higher rental amount.
