Site #2 is up for availability on our 5 acre property in Pima County in Tucson AZ 85736 Two Tiny House or RV sites are on the West End of our property, Site #2 has around a third of an acre, maybe more. This site has its own new 100 amp electric meter pedestal with a 50 amp outlet, 30 amp outlet and 20 amp GFCI outlet, Your own water meter and separate septic system. Price is 450 per month, Water and Electricity have your own meters and you pay for your usage. Long term is very desirable, with one month minimum. We live on the property in the main house in the center of the property, Site 2 is the NorthWest corner of the property.
