April rent is alredy paid for. No furniture will be staying in the apartment. This 758 square foot apartment is apart of the MAA apartments here in uptown in Dallas. The community has a couple of gyms and pools to use. It is a very walkable place and next to a lot of good food and near the katy trail. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends on July 22 2024. The rent list includes the community fee which includes water but not internet or electricity. You can renew for the follow 12 months as well. There will be an application fee of 85 dollars that I will refund you if the apartment is okay with your application. I can email a copy of the application to people if they want it. The apartment says the application can be submitted online but they must have a paper copy before move in.
