I've taken a scooter to the west side of downtown in under 10 minutes. This is central central.
Main bedroom has a generous walk-in closet with Elfa shelving built in for maximum efficiency. Second bedroom has accordion doors and features more Elfa shelving to take advantage of the space.
Generous backyard with limestone pavers and two large trees. Extended backyard that wraps around behind the neighbors yard. Designated grilling area and ready-to-go fire pit space.
There is a back house behind the main house that we maintain as a friends and family efficiency. Rental does not include the back house.
