The entire second floor is for the rental rooms and separate from my space. The room is on the second floor of my home. I live downstairs. There is a private entrance from the stairway outside. The upstairs has 3 other rooms that will be rented out to other tenants. There is 2 full bathrooms with showers. The bathrooms are for one person at a time. They are a shared space. We have 2 kitchens. The first is a kitchen area with full refrigerator, coffee maker, sink and microwave. The second is a kitchen/lounge hangout room. The space has another refrigerator a microwave, a stove and a table and chairs. This is a private bedroom with a lock and key. This place has the style of a boutique hostel or guesthouse. You will share the 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens with other tenants. This room is available on May 1st. You must stay at least May, June, July and August!
