Description

The private master room has a large ensuite private bathroom. There are 3 closets in total. windows for natural light. There is both a shower and tub but they are separate as well as a dual vanity. The shared spaces are: both living rooms, the kitchen, the laundry room, huge back yard, and both balconies and patio. The garage will be for parking and it is first come first serve. Small dogs are allowed but restrictions do apply. No monthly pet fee but a larger security deposit will be required. All utilities are included. including home security system.
