Just east of the dreaded 35, and south of downtown, it’s Travis Heights adjacent! This three bedroom, two bathroom unit in half of a duplex in a cul de sac and is just east of 35 and approximately 3 miles south of downtown (just over the bridge) and close to almost all the good stuff Austin has to offer… Unless, of course, you really like the Domain! No?! Ok then, a mile and a half to the Continental Club, 3 miles to Barton Springs and Zilker Park… High ceiling in living area/open living space and kitchen with dining ‘bar’ and new (within the last year) energy efficient windows throughout entire unit, small, fenced-in, backyard with deck, come feel the funk while Austin still has some! Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis, references from previous landlord required for both dogs and humans, first, last and deposit, plus pet deposit (if necessary) and utilities are not included, please tell me something about yourselves, thanks! Ps - this is the only rental property I own in Austin, so you can actually still rent from a real human being, not some giant faceless management company… There were serious HVAC issues on the property at the beginning of this past summer I had the issue diagnosed, pronounced terminal and a new HVAC unit installed in less than 48 hours.
