Description

We have a one-bedroom part of a red brick home for rent for four to six months this summer. It has two separate entrances, a nice, covered courtyard, private washer and dryer, and on-street parking. It comes furnished also. We will be scheduling showings in mid- to late-May for a June 1 move-in. Rent is $1300 plus $200 for all utilities for a total payment to the owner of $1500 per month. Utilities include electric, gas, water, trash and recycling, and internet service.
