We are looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom. Nice and quiet triplex remodeled couple of years ago. I lived here for 2+ years and I love it here. One of my roommates moved in with her boyfriend and we need another roommate. We are keeping the unit beyond the current lease term. This lead-free house has new plumbing, windows, electrical and mechanics. The property is ideally located off 35W and sits on a buss line with easy access to the U and downtown. We are Pet friendly. Pet fees $30/cat, $50/dog per month. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash and yard maintenance.
