We have workout bands and kettlebells and dip bars. We also have special wifi (less radiation). A gardener comes every 2 weeks. We have wifi setup watering for the front and back yard at 5am and security system. The area: It is in an up and coming neighborhood and the area is changing fast. You can walk to the DART station (1 stop to Zoo, 2 stops to downtown), Santa Fe trailhead (bicycle and running trail, birdwatching), children's playground and others. We are a young family and walk many places together and use the DART from time to time.
