Credit must be in good standing (650+ FICO score required). Monthly income must exceed 3x the rent. No evictions or serious crimes. In the event you don't meet the credit or income requirements, cosigners can be considered and will be held to a higher income standard. We only require the security deposit and first month's rent to move in (no last month's rent upfront!)
Water is included in the rent. Only the security deposit and first month's rent are needed to move in! $50 application fee.
