This house is in a quiet part of Robbinsdale, near the border with Golden Valley. Large Living Room, eat-in kitchen with modern cabinets and granite counter-top. One full bath on each of two floors. Huge master bedroom Wood floors in Living room and hallway, all bedrooms carpeted Central Air A part of the yard is fenced in. W/D Two garage stalls (out of three total) are included- owner uses one stall for storage. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant will be required to sign Xcel Energy Third-party notification.
