ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT PRICE!! In the summer, turn the A/C down and take a break from the outside heat. You can have the coolest place in PHX. The Modern Treehouse has been completely remodeled with high-end finishes and offers some of the best views in Arizona. From anywhere in the condo, the floor-to-ceiling windows/doors allow for city, mountain, sunrises, sunsets, and full moon views. If you don't want to be inside for those views, simply walk outside to a private patio and enjoy a morning coffee or a happy hour drink. Tons of natural light, comfortable vibes, lots of storage, closet space, and a huge kitchen island that is perfect to gather around. The bathroom is fully remodeled as well, with a steam shower that heats up to 120 degrees. This high-rise condo complex is one of a kind, a true mid-century design by Al-Beadle in 1963. The complex offers a gym, 24-hour security/concierge, a social room, and one of the best-heated pools/hot tubs in PHX. The custom king-size bed frame and rug under the bed will be staying in the condo, so you'll just need to bring a mattress. The moving process is easier than you may think because the building has a loading dock for moving trucks and an oversized elevator you can rent. The building also has a crane you can rent if needed for anything really big (250/hour). I bought and lived in this condo for 8 years- it's great! I wouldn't move out, but I decided to move in with my girlfriend, so that is why I am looking for a renter. Please reach out with any questions. I will be a great landlord and always make sure everything is taken care of. The owner covers all the utilities besides WIFI. The only expense for the renter is rent (and WIFI if you want it). Cats and dogs are allowed. You will need to register your animal with the HOA. The HOA charges $35.00 a year for dogs under 20 pounds and $50 a year for dogs over 50 pounds. The condo has one covered parking spot, but extra spots are available for rent for $35/month. The lease length needs to be a year or longer. No smoking in the condo. There will be a $45.00 application fee.
